Kiana was born at Swedish Hospital on Sunday, February 1, 2004 - 11:53am.
Pre-mature: yes - 5 weeks. Little: yes. 4 lbs 11 oz 18" long
Although tiny as ever, she holds up to her name because she literally faught
to get into this world. With the cord around her neck and hand, she held it tight, while
kicking to get herself out, she banged her left eye. After a quick C-section, Kiana
came out healthy but with a blackeye. No worries, it will go away in days. Mom
and daghter are doing well. Dad is doing well, too. So small, so fragile, yet so strong - Kiana.
